Commissioned by ArtCare to create a way finding trail for the new children’s wing of Salisbury Hospital. With input from three local schools I created a starfish bench, 4 bollards at different heights, and wall panels all covered in mosaic.
The idea was to make an easily recognizable and exciting welcoming trail based on the themes of water-worlds and tree tops to tie in with the interior of the building. The project won Building Better Healthcare Award 2011. Information here on the Childrens Unit Brochure.
